Since 2010, Publishday has been supporting companies with management and organizational consulting services, combining operational efficiency with experience in the publishing world. Publishday is partly owned by Meridies Holding, a business development company established in July 2000 with the purpose of providing seed and growth capital to emerging companies, and participating in the growth and management of startup.

Founder and CEO at Publishday is also CEO at Diario Sportivo Srl. She currently provides consulting services in the fields of management and organizational development. Before Publishday she has gained extensive experience in managing, editing and translating in scientific publishing. She also contributed to the startup of a research center as HR manager and collaborated with a strategic support organization in the field of addiction services. In addition, she contributed to the drafting of regional legislative proposals and gained early professional experience in the tourism sector. Clara Cicalò graduated in Political Science from the University of Cagliari.

Founder and CEO at Meridies Holding he has been a member of the Expert Committee of Siparex Investimenti 2 and partner in JV2 Capital (now United Ventures). Since 2016 he is member of the board of E&C Foods, management company of Savurè, a gourmet fast casual dining chain. From 2014 to 2017 he has been President of CRS4 and from 2000 to 2007 CEO of Energ.it, a multiutility company operating in the energy, telecommunication and internet sectors founded and started-up by Meridies Holding in 2000. From 1998 to 2000 he was CTO and COO at Tiscali, a telecommunications operator providing Internet and landline services in major European countries. He also had the responsibility for the initial public offering (IPO) of the company taking place in October 1999. Previously, from 1992 to 1998, he held key positions in Telecom Italia, Video On Line and as member of the Scientific Visualization and Digital Media Division of the CRS4 research center. Luigi Filippini graduated in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pisa.

From 2011 to 2025 Publishday has been the publisher of Medicina delle Dipendenze - Italian Journal of the Addictions (MDD), official journal of the Società Italiana Tossicodipendenze (SITD).
